Sean brings vast experience in practice and design leadership for a wide variety of project types in the international market, with a special focus on Jiangsu Province, City of Nanjing and Jiangbei New District regional opportunities in China. As the Principal in Charge for the U+ Design Practice in China, Sean has developed a keen feel for identifying projects of opportunity in the Nanjing and Jiangsu Province region, and assembling world class design teams for project delivery across a wide range of market sectors.
In addition to his presence in the Nanjing regional market as a First Class Registered Architect in China, Sean is a registered Architect in the United states, and is a Member of the American Institute of Architects. His international perspective in the practice of Architecture and adept strategic leadership skills have propelled U+ forward to new levels of accomplishment and recognition, including 3 recent AIA Design Awards for Excellence in both the unbuilt and built project categories.
