Each Design Partner bring a wealth of professional experience in visioning and design services that span an average of 30 years as well as decades of experience in design leadership as Lead Designers for GSA Design Excellence projects across the United States. Their projects have been recognized for excellence by numerous professional organizations, including AIA National Chapter, GSA Design Excellence Program, as well as state and local AIA chapters.
Additionally, each U+ project is staffed by a fully integrated team, comprised of Design Principles, Project Architects, & Intern Architects with various backgrounds and experiences. We are committed to service in the architectural community. Our staff is encouraged to participate in various local professional associations and committees that keep our collective body of knowledge fresh and current.
