Sterling Partners new office on the 33rd floor of a prominent Chicago high-rise offers 360-degree views of the city’s most desirable features: the lake, the river, the loop, and the Gold Coast. The perimeter of the floor is left open to take full advantage of the dramatic views, furniture was selected and configured to create distinct zones for working and leisure, and custom desks offer temporary and flexible work areas for employees and guests. The design team worked closely with the client to define a sense of place that would help integrate the company’s philosophy of “inspired growth” in both appearance and operations.
